How To Keep Your Contacts Updated
For today’s tip I’m going to share with you a tool that I use in my business that will keep your contacts updated automatically. So let me share it with you now.
Let’s get into it.
Hey this is Jamie, founder of technologyforcoaches.com. In today’s video I want to share with you a tool I’ve been using recently, and it does just what it’s meant to do. It basically any time you get an e-mail off someone, if they have in their signature, if they have phone numbers, or e-mail addresses, it will automatically update your contacts in your e-mail.
Okay, so, especially if you use Google Apps, or Google as an e-mail, or event Outlook, what it can automatically do is update the rest of the records for that person to keep your address book really well up to date.
Here’s The Tool…
The tool is called “writethat.name” so www.writethat.name, and write is W-R-I-T-E name—writethat.name. Go there, there is a free trial you can sign up for, there is also actually a free account you can sign up for to use to get going on it, and also if you’re looking at the paid, I think the maximum paid is $59 USD per year to be able to do updating for you to keep your address book fully up to date.

Then Brad, who is the Community Manager from writethat.name, has very graciously given us a 15% discount, and the link for that discount is below here for you to get access to.
So click on the link, go jump in, start on the free account.
See the benefits to you in your business, and then if it really helps you, you can go further from there.
Let Me Know Your Side
So, hopefully this one has helped you today. If you’ve liked this please do share it, use any of the buttons below to share it or if you are already using this tool, comment and let me know how it’s going your side.
I was asked; Brad asked me, “What comments can you give me?” And for me it was really boring, it does exactly what it says it’s going to do, and it saves me a whole lot of time.
So, hopefully that helped you.
This is Jamie.
Bye for now.
